In the fall and winter months, I like to use Heritage Store’s Castor Oil to nourish my hair, edges, eyebrows, and eyelashes. HAIR:

Heritage Store’s Castor Oil works best on my ends and edges. I like to lay my edges using Heritage Store’s Castor Oil with a soft bristle toothbrush, which is very gentle on my hair. I have a dedicated toothbrush that I only use for this purpose. Think of Heritage Store’s Castor Oil like a soft gel that can give you a light hold without the flaking that can come with alcohol-based styling products.

For my ends, I apply Heritage Store’s Castor Oil after applying a leave-in conditioner to my hair to lock-in moisture. The ends of our hair get very dry as they are the oldest parts of our hair. It is very important to give our ends extra attention to achieve maximum strength.

EYEBROWS:

Heritage Store’s Castor Oil is great for enhancing the shine, strength, and fullness of my eyebrows. Heritage Store’s Castor Oil is very thick. So, to ensure that I don’t use too much product, I apply the oil to my brows using an eyeshadow brush. I recommend doing this step just before bedtime.

EYELASHES:

I wear mascara almost daily. As we know, mascara can be very drying for our lashes. Therefore, I coat my lashes with Heritage Store’s Castor Oil a few times a week to restore moisture. Heritage Store’s Castor Oil moisturizes hair due to its rich essential fatty acid content.
